3. Counter-Notification

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

If a counter-notification is received by our DMCA agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notification to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we may terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that may infringe the rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
